• Go to Settings and locate “Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2” options”.
• Ensure that Use TLS 1.1 & Use TLS 1.2 are not marked and Use TLS 1.0 is checked.

 (Method 2) Register .dll files

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard simultaneously to open the Run Command.
2. Now, paste the link in the run tab “regsvr32 /s %SystemRoot%\system32\softpub.dll” and click on OK button.
