  1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard simultaneously to open the Run Command.
  2. Now, paste the link in the run tab “regsvr32 /s %SystemRoot%\system32\softpub.dll” and click on OK button.
  3. If you do not receive any message, that means you have successfully registered the .dll file.
