Solution 1: Check the internet settings

Note: QuickBooks uses the internet explorer as the default browser to connect to the internet, so make sure you have saved internet explorer as your default browser.

b) For users other than port 80, checkmark the use a proxy server checkbox.

9. Then, Click OK button.

10. Next move to the Advanced tab and click on the restore advanced settings option.
